Prebiotics
Prebiotics are the food of the bacteria of our skin microbiome. They help to rebalance the bacterial landscape and thus strengthen the microbiological barrier of the skin.
The microbiome, also known as the skin's cutaneous flora, is an ecosystem in constant interaction with the external environment. It is colonized by a set of microorganisms that cohabit. These bacteria on our skin ensure a protective mission.
A balanced microbiome is a varied microbiome where each bacterium has its usefulness for the proper physiological functioning of the skin.
